    Fantastic , Knowledgeable & Friendly Service

    Aaron in the Okemos, Michigan store was EXCELLENT. He is a classic example of why we choose to buy in person at best buy rather than on the internet at a place like amazon! We told him the dimensions of the TV we wanted, that we needed it for gaming and streaming, and that we wanted a product that was NOT made in China, and one that still had vibrant colors even at an angle (didn't "grey out"). Based on those criteria, he was able to show us 3 televisions right away that fit our desires - they were LED to address the greying out issue as well as 120 Hz for gaming/streaming - and he explained how the different specs impacted the performance of the TVs. He also helped us locate the right mounting device and connection cords we needed to get our new TV up and running. We were so impressed with his personable and professional interaction that we will definitely be coming back to the Best Buy in Okemos, MI.
